MSSS Crafts Ten Lepers Nesting Doll and Paper Craft
Childfun.com also has a Manners theme.
Danielle's Place - Paper Craft Projects (Page 2) has an idea that can be adapted for this story. Cut out a paper doll chain - ten dolls would be preferable. Decorate just one to symbolise the one man who said 'thank you'. Enchanted Learning's Paper Gingerbread People could also be adapted for this.
